Brewers Fayre Ocean Plaza
Not only did they lose our booking we had to wait over !hour for our food after being told 50 minutes. The food was served in a variety of conditions Some food was dry on the plate as if it had been left under a hot lamp. Others vegatables were just about defrosted. There was too much pepper in one dish and they served dreid up peas with the salad. Then to top it off for good measure the desserts bore no resemblence to the discription given in the menu, and when my husband and I finally got our apple pie the jug with the custard in had obviously been used by someone else and put back on our plate. I asked the young lady if someone was playing a joke. She got us some more. If we hadn't laughed so much about the state of the meal we would have cried. The fact that you have to pay for things before you get them means you haveno recourse. Dont eat there what ever you do.
