talk about rude who ever is doing the training for the staff in liverpool seriously need to look at it again because your staff there are so rude i had to get up and walk out how dare they speak and treat people like that its disgusting and let me tell you this that i will pass the word around about the rat and parrot i was there and i wanted to eat on the terrace and after being sent up and down the stairs i was then told by the manager that there was no food being served up on the terrace today but i can order my food from down stairs and then sit and wait for my food to come to the table and then if i wanted to i could pick my food up and take it upstairs on to the terrace myself how bad is that when i approached the manager this is what he told me to do i am so disgusted that i was treated that way when asked why he didnt put a sign up to let his customers know he then replied i dont have to so how rude was that manager at liverpool
