As a mossbank resident as are my family born and bred we decided to go there on boxing day as my eldest granddaughter was 15 its a family tradition every boxing day to go to one of the local pubs in the area for a few hours but as there are no pubs in mossbank with the demise of the sarrys head and black horse we plumped for this dump what a mistake we were greeted by the landlord who informed us we could only use the public bar and not the lounge area we only stayed a couple of hours as everyone said they felt uncomfortuble in there can i please say my grandchildren were very well behaved so they had nothing to moan about in my opinion anyway as i said only stayed a couple of hours as my family were feeling uncomfortable on the journey home my daughter in law said she had herd the bar staff and the little click in the lounge area moaning to each other about the kids but like i said they were very well behaved i only wish that she would have told me this while we were in the pub they would have got it both barrels i used to drink in there quite often 25 yrs ago it was a toilet then and still is and as for being child freindly as they make out belive me there not its a pity the black horse went under and not this dump so if you have kids stay away
